Does anyone know of a tattoo parlor in OK near TX that will tattoo a seventeen yr old with parental consent?

I am seventeen and live in texas i heard that some places in oklahoma will tattoo anyone 16+ years of age. . .does anyone know anywhere near choctaw or durant anywhere near there that will do it. . if so please tell me. i need the closest place to texas like i live kinda near dallas so please answer
