hi Kristina! So the areas which you should think about are Arco Felice and Pozzuoli, they are the nicest areas, near the Base and many military personnel live there, They are just outside Naples and are well connected by bus and train services...plus they are on the sea so a sea view is very much a possibilty! Naples isn't as bad as everyone makes out, I've been here 9 years now and have never had any problems. The thing with Naples is you need to know how to and where to live the city. Bagnoli is also a nice area, they are modernising it and its coming along very well! As for criminality, I'd say I had more problems in Philadelphia than here! Hope your move goes well and believe me, you'll love this city!
