i'm in need of a much larger home. i have a 10 acre property at my disposal and am looking at the possibility of buying a manufactured or modular home. still have not ruled out buying an existing house. my main concern is cost. i found a floorplan for a manufactured home i liked for $96,000. how much more is something like this likely to cost? i have ideas about septic, slab and well costs. what all else could be coming up? the house price includes heating and cooling systems. also are these structures worth buying?

ive been into the whole paranormal and sy-fi thing since i was five years old. im 21 now. Before i ask this i want to say im not prejudice so correct me if wrong. my question is why is it that you only see white people claiming to have been abducted by aliens, possessed by a demon or claiming to live in a house that is haunted where they have been attacked by a sprit or demon. ive only ever seen one black girl ever claiming to be clearboient meaning you can talk to the dead. ive read a few stories about people from new orleans claiming to have been possessed but nothing recent. so i guess my main question is is this just the way the media portrays it or is this mostly a white thing and why?

hi, im writing an important paper and trying to begin a subordinate clause, but i cant think of any other conjunction to begin it with, besides 'though' and i cant use it. is there any other ones i could use instead? subordinate= cant stand alone [as a sentence]
