Its just not working...!!!1?

hi all, another one from me....as you may know iv bin trying to concieve since July and its not working, a freind told me that i or my partner may have a problem and that we may need to get checked out but i dont know where to start, do i go docktor or family planing clinic or hosp...? i dont have a clue where to start....awww y is it so hard ...!!!
