Can you get your dog Declawed?

Hi I was wondering if you can get a dog declawed like a cat? I have 3 children and ones a baby and he's always jumping on my 6 month old and jumping up on my 2 year old little girl and scratches them real bad. Also he is completly ruinening my couches and I'd like to keep them as long as possable. I've been trying to train him but he seems very stubburn and won't listen, everytime i turn my back he does it again.
