Did Jared Sullinger make the right decision by staying another year and do you believe that he is really stayi?

Jared Sullinger and Will Buford both announced that they were staying another year, do you think this is a wise decision on Sullinger's part. I believe he has a few things he can work on to improve his stock but in a weak draft cl in which he was expected to go top 3 is he making a mistake? Also will a agent or outside influences make him reconsider this decision and enter the draft
