What tis means? I recieved a complain from lawyers office about unpaid bills dated 7/30/09 terms will expire?

10/30/09 I recieved the summons 10/15/09. I sent a registered mail to the lawyers office about the validity of the claim. No court date, I recieved a letter again from the same lawyer a motion to reinstate the case.(Include in the letter) said court dismissed the case for lack of service dated 10/30/09 same day of expiration of complain. ( I dont know this) What do I do now Is this valid. thank you. All I see in the doent is a request from court no names no signature.
