Has anyone had any issues with MyxerTones.com?

They look like a nice site with some nice features, and I wouldn't mind getting ringtones for free instead of paying $2.50 per ringtone, but I'm worried that they will sell my number to a marketing company and I'll be bombarded by telemarketers. Anyone have any issues with them?
