Can a UTI cause me to miss my period?

I missed my period and I am what I thought to be 21 DPO My bbs hurt so bad and worse when i remove my bra my underarms hurt. I am so extremely moody, and tired and all the hpt are neg even the pee test the doc gave me but I got a blood test done yesterday and should know by the end of today if i am pg or not. But I do have a UTI and wonder if that could cause me to miss my period or could I still be pregnant? I just either want the positive or my period to start lol :) because my moodiness is terrible.
