Will Rumsfeld and Ashcroft face prosecution over their illegal torture?

What law is it that you are trying to cite that has been broken? You don't know because there aren't any. Read the articles of the Geneva Convention, which is the ONLY governing law in these cases and tell me exactly which section has been violated.
